You may request a refund if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Innerwear / lingerie
Used or damaged products
Rental bridal jewellery (once delivered or used)
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
💵 Refund Process

We will review your request and may ask for product photos or return shipping.
Once approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📦 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
If returning for other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
